How to Start Your Prescription with RightSourceRx^SM

Getting Started

RightSourceRx provides a three-month supply of your mail-order drugs, so you only have to think about ordering four times a year. Here's how to order:

1. Get a new prescription – Ask your doctor to write a new prescription for a 90-day supply of medications covered by your prescription plan.
   
   
2. Submit your order – Either mail the new prescription to us along with a registration, Prescription Order Form (PDF 624KB), and payment, or ask your doctor to fill out and fax your new prescription to 1-800-379-7617, using the Physician Fax Form (PDF 80KB).
   
   
3. Include your payment – Check your plan benefits on MyHumana for mail-order copayment amounts. You can pay with a HumanaAccess^SM Visa^® Debit Card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money order, or personal check. Do not send cash.
   
   

We'll let you know the status of your order via e-mail or phone. We will also notify you when your prescription is ready to be refilled.
